Cancellation Policy
if you cancel an appointment where a deposit was taken that deposit is non refundable or transferable. if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment time. if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service booked or if you need to reschedule with less than 48 hour notice another deposit will be taken for future appointment booked. all no shows will be charged 100% of service and blocked from booking.
plz contact me if you find yourself running behind. I allow a 10 min grace period for all appointments, if you are later than 10 minutes it may result in a adjustment of your appointment, reschedule or cancellation of your appointment.
